Charles L. Green a man who’s provided business planning and accounting services in Toronto, Canada is bringing his expertise to Syracuse, N.Y. Urban CNY discussed his business model and what are his plans for providing assistance to small businesses in Central New York. Mr. Green has worked with businesses and provided guidance that many small businesses lack he describes his approach to looking at the Syracuse area.
