Usually Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. programs cherry pick the “Dream” speech for the warm fuzzy parts you know, the 36 words famously repeated, “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character,” while the remaining 1,616 words go virtually unacknowledged.
