Mayor Walsh Announces Open Houses for Community Grid Vision Plan

Syracuse, NY-On Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at 6:21 a.m., Syracuse Firefighters were alerted by the Onondaga County 911 Center to a report of a possible structure fire at 615 Park Street, on the City’s North Side. Shooting with Injuries on Otisco Street

According to Syracuse Polices, on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024, at around 6:15 P.M., Officers responded to 300 Otisco Street for a shooting with injuries call. Upon arrival, Officers located a 45-year-old male who was shot multiple times in the lower body. The victim was transported to Upstate Hospital, where he is expected to survive. The incident location was determined to be Tony’s Quick Bite, located at 216 Niagara Street.   The investigation is active and ongoing.
