Syracuse, N.Y. – City of Syracuse announced a road reconstruction project on Teall Avenue on the city’s northeast side. Crews will mill (remove the top layer of existing pavement) and repave Teall Avenue, from James Street to Grant Boulevard, beginning Monday, Nov. 8.
Traffic will remain open throughout the project. It is expected to be completed in about five days to seven days. Actual project start dates and timeframes are contingent on favorable weather.
