City Issues Traffic Advisory for the New York State Blues Festival, Happening In Clinton Square July 7-8

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The city of Syracuse Department of Parks, Recreation, and Youth Programs issued the following traffic advisory today in advance of the New York State Blues Festival, happening July 7 through July 8 in Clinton Square.

The following streets will be closed:

  • West Water Street, between Salina and Clinton Streets – 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 6, through late Sunday morning, July 9. There will be no parking allowed on this block starting at 6:00a.m. Thursday, July 6.
  • Erie Boulevard West, between Clinton and Franklin Streets –1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 6, through late Sunday morning, July 9. There will be no parking allowed on this block starting at 6:00a.m. Thursday, July 6.
  • Clinton Street, between Genesee and Washington Streets – 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 6, through late Sunday morning, July 9.

The following street will have a changed traffic and parking pattern:

  • The 200 block of West Water Street will be made two-way from 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 6, through late Sunday morning, July 9. There will be no parking allowed on the North curb line starting at 6:00a.m. Thursday, July 6.
