City of Syracuse Announces July Fourth Observances

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The City of Syracuse announced today that all city administrative offices, including City Hall and City Hall Commons, will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2015 in observance of the Fourth of July.

Trash pickup will run on a normal schedule for July 3. Metered parking will be free on Saturday, July 4.

The City of Syracuse will mark this occasion with a free baseball game and fireworks display at the Syracuse Chiefs’ Stadium. The Syracuse Chiefs will face the Pawtucket Red Sox in this 4th of July match. The doors will open at 5 p.m. and the game will begin at 7:05 p.m.
