City of Syracuse Invites Business, Property Owners to Attend Certificate of Use Workshops

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The City of Syracuse will be holding a series of workshops to educate business proprietors and property owners on new regulations that are part of the recently enacted Certificate of Use reform. All business owners and those who own properties where bars, restaurants, corner stores, drug stores, and smoke shops (including hookah bars) are encouraged to attend. Changes made by the recent Certificate of Use reform will take effect on July 1, 2014.
