Public Hearing will be held Monday, November 23, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. via Webex

Notice Is Hereby Given, that a Public Hearing will be held MONDAY, November 23, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. via Webex to consider in full, or in part, the following applications.  Please note this is not necessarily the order in which they will be heard.

  1. Application SR-16-07M1, for a Site Plan Review to modify an existing tower-mounted antenna array on property situated at 829 West Genesee Street, owned by Independent Ca Prof, LLC, zoned Commercial, Class A, pursuant to Part B, Section V, Article 1 and Part C, Section I, Article 7 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

 

  1. Application SP-20-12, for a Special Permit for Light-Duty Motor Vehicle Repair on property situated at 1520 West Genesee Street, owned by Daniel Wolnik, zoned Business, Class A, pursuant to Part B, Section III, Article 2 and Part C, Section IV, Articles 1 and 2 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

 

  1. Application R-20-62, for a Resubdivision to combine two properties situated at 107 and 109 Olive Street, owned by David Perdomo and the Greater Syracuse Property Development Corporation, zoned Residential, Class A-1, into one new Lot pursuant to the City of Syracuse Resubdivision Regulations, as amended.

 

  1. Application SR-05-08M3, for a Site Plan Review to modify an existing roof-top antenna array on property situated at 947 Pond Street, owned by the Syracuse Housing Authority, zoned Residential, Class B-1, pursuant to Part B, Section I, Article 5 and Part C, Section I, Article 7 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

 

  1. Application SP-86-35M1, for a Special Permit Modification in order to modify the site plan, floor plan, elevation, and signage for an existing Special Permit for a Restaurant on property situated at 3930 South Salina Street, owned by Bart-Rich Properties, zoned Business, Class A, pursuant to Part B, Section III, Article 2 and Part C, Section IV, Articles 1 and 2 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.
