Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon Comments on the Results of Tuesday Night’s Election Results

“Congratulations to everyone that was successful this evening. To those who were not, thank you for participating. A basic tenant of our democracy is ensuring voters have a choice.

On day one I promised to work with whomever the citizens of this County elected. The results of this election do not change that commitment. There is much to be done on issues like poverty, infrastructure and economic development.

The time for politics has passed. It’s time to govern.

I look forward to rolling up my sleeves and working with all of our partners in government to make Onondaga County and the entire region the best it can be.”
