Deputy Involved in Off-Duty Incident ‘throwing an egg at his neighbor’s vehicle.’

Town of Clay, New York- The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office reports that a Custody Department Deputy was involved in an off-duty incident last week in the Town of Clay.

Sergeant Kevin Williams (55), of Liverpool, a Custody Department Sergeant with 22 years of service, was caught on a ring camera device throwing an egg at his neighbor’s vehicle. The incident took place in the early morning hours on Friday December 18th , in the Wild Creek neighborhood located in the Town of Clay.

Deputies interviewed Williams on Friday in regards to the incident and based on his admission, the case was forwarded to the Town of Clay Court for a criminal summons request for the charge of harassment in the 2nd degree. An internal investigation continues.
