(Syrause, NY) – This 10-week class will bring you through the fundamentals of the most common yoga postures and help develop breath and body awareness, foundational skills that will guide you throughout your yoga experience.
Each class begins with warm-up and breath awareness, followed by a series of yoga postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance the body, and concludes
with deep relaxation that quiets the mind and restores inner-being. You will be encouraged to follow your instincts throughout the practice, applying
each posture according to your own ability and energy level.
This class is appropriate for those with no previous yoga experience, as well as those who would like a refresher course of the fundamentals.
