The Erie Canal Museum partners with ArtRage Gallery to present Red, White and Blueprints: A Rustbelt Documentary, the Gifford Foundation's "What If..." film for September.
This 2013 film examines how cities like Buffalo, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Detroit have reinvented themselves and how they've partnered together to do it. The film is 65 minutes long and is followed by a moderated discussion asking the question, "What if we tried this in Syracuse?"
