SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Mayor Stephanie A. Miner announced that a request for proposals (RFP) for program management services for the Joint Schools Construction Board (JSCB) Phase II project is now available.

“Seeking program management services for JSCB Phase II is a major step to improving the educational infrastructure in our community,” said Syracuse Mayor Stephanie A. Miner. “I am pleased this information will now be available so the process for renovating our schools can continue.”

JSCB Phase II will perform 14 renovation projects (JSCB-Phase-II-project) in the Syracuse City School District at a cost of up to $300 million. The project was authorized in 2013 by the New York State Legislature and a final financing package will need to be approved by the New York State Comptroller.Joint Schools Construction Board Comprehensive Plan
