PBA Food Basket Distribution Program Kicks off Friday Morning

The Syracuse PBA will be distributing 275 food baskets Friday morning at 8 o’clock from Green Hills market on S. Salina St.  The members of the PBA, along with their retirees are excited to help our people in our community. The PBA sends a special thank you to the management at Green Hills Supermarket for organizing the baskets.

According to the Union representing Syracuse Police Department,“We have all the families that we can handle with the 275 food baskets. I’d like to thank the women in the retirees association for helping assemble the baskets today.  Without them we would be there all morning long on Friday.”

On Friday teams of two will drive throughout the community delivering the baskets to their recipients home. The PBA hopes this jester makes the holiday season better for the families
