Police Respond to N. Salina Street Stabbing Call

On Wednesday, March 31st, 2021, at around 5:56 P.M., Officers responded to the 700 block of N. Salina Street for a stabbing call. Upon arrival, Officers located a 27-year-old male victim, Kessley Duncan, who was cut in the arm. The victim was transported to Upstate Hospital, where he is expected to survive.  The investigation revealed a suspect, Kelvin Williams, 42, who randomly attacked the victim. Williams was arrested and charged with Assault in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree. The suspect was lodged at the Justice Center.
