NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. to consider in full, or in part, the following applications:
- V-21-01-A Use Variance request to expand a nonconforming use in order to combine three properties into one new Lot, expand the parking surface coverage, and construct a three car garage by waiving permitted uses on property located at 249, 255, and 261 Baker Avenue, owned by Bennie McDonald and the Greater Syracuse Property Development Corporation, zoned Residential, Class AA, pursuant to Part B, Section I, Article 4, and Part C, Section II, Article 2.
