NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. to consider in full, or in part, the following applications:
- V-20-11-An Area Variance request to demolish portions of a property in order to facilitate new construction to establish 202 dwelling units with amenity space by waiving the required yards, density, and structural coverage on property located at 910 Madison Street, owned by the Society of Concord, zoned Residential Class B, per Part B, Section I, Article 7.
- V-20-17-A Use Variance request to establish a retail use by waiving permitted uses on property located at 1154 Grant Boulevard, owned by Mohammed Nasher, zoned Residential, Class A, per Part B, Section I, Article 3.
