Notice Is Hereby Given that a Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. to consider in full, or in part, the following applications:

  • V-21-02 (Continuation from 3/11/2021)An Area Variance request to establish a restaurant and two dwelling units by waiving required residential parking on property located at 1011-1013 Park Street, owned by Hassan Muse and Salat Muse, zoned Local Business, Class A, pursuant to Part B, Section III, Article 2, and Part C, Section III, Article 1.

 

  • V-21-05-An Area Variance request to establish a two-family dwelling by waiving the lot width, required front and side yards, density, and parking on property located at 917 Butternut Street, owned by Tiger Tiger, zoned Local Business, Class B per Part B, Section III, Article 2 and Part C, Section III, Article 1.

 

  • V-21-06– An Area Variance request to establish a two-family dwelling by waiving the required front, side, and rear yards, structural coverage, lot width, density, and required parking on property located at 334 Green Street, owned by A Tiny Home for Good, zoned Residential, Class B per Part B, Section 1, Article 7.
