NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. in the Common Council Chambers, Third Floor, City Hall, 233 E Washington St, Syracuse, NY 13202 to consider in full, or in part, the following applications:
- V-17-08M1-A Use Variance request to expand a museum, five guest rooms, and one dwelling unit by waiving permitted uses on property located at 438 and 440 Columbus Avenue, owned by the Greater Syracuse Property Development Corporation, zoned Residential, Class B-1, per Part B, Section I, Article 5.
- V-21-17-An Area Variance request to establish a parking lot by waiving the required side treatment on property located at 800-808 East Fayette Street, owned by Gilbane Development Company, zoned Local Business, Class A per Part C, Section I, Article 5.
Persons wishing to comment on the application may do so in person, or by attorney, at the public hearing.
