- Application SR-12-09M1, for a Site Plan Review for an Antenna on property situated at 960 Salt Springs Road, owned by Elmcrest Children’s Center, zoned Residential, Class A-1, pursuant to Part B, Section I, Article 1 and Part C, Section I, Article 7 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.
- Application R-20-72, for a Resubdivision to combine five properties situated at 113, 115, 115 ½, 119, and 121 Fountain Street, owned by Enos Eli, Warren Bailey, and the Greater Syracuse Property Development Corporation, zoned Residential, Class B, into two new lots pursuant to the City of Syracuse Subdivision Regulations, as amended.
