Notice Is Hereby Given, that a Public Hearing will be held MONDAY, March 15, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. via Webex to consider in full, or in part, the following applications.  Please note this is not necessarily the order in which they will be heard.

  1. Application SP-21-02, for a Special Permit for a Restaurant on property situated at 1011-1013 Park Street, owned by Salat Muse, zoned Business, Class A, pursuant to Part B, Section III, Article 2 and Part C, Section IV, Article 2-8.1 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

 

  1. Application Z-2833M1, for a modification to a Planned Development District (PDD) District Plan on properties situated at 1010, 1022, 1054, 1074 and 1080-1082 South Clinton Street, 222-224, 226, 228, and 232 Tallman Street, 1002-1022, and 1024-1040 South Salina Street, and 140 (aka 120-154) Cortland Avenue, owned by Ranalli/Taylor St. LLC, JMA Tech Properties, and Catholic Charities of Syracuse pursuant to Part B, Section X, Article 1 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.
