Syracuse, Ny— U.S. Rep. John Katko (NY-24) announced that on Monday evening he will hold a Telephone Town Hall to provide Central New Yorkers with an update on federal and local efforts to address the Coronavirus. Rep. Katko will be joined by a medical professional from Upstate Medical University and a representative from the Food Bank of Central New York, and will take questions from listeners.
“I am pleased to announce an important Telephone Town Hall to provide an update on the Coronavirus alongside representatives from Upstate Medical University and the Food Bank of Central New York,”said Rep.Katko. “Federal, state, and local officials are working tirelessly to combat this pandemic, but with new information coming out every day, I understand how difficult it can be to keep up with the latest developments. This Telephone Town Hall will serve as a great resource for Central New Yorkers to get more information on the disease, find out what federal and local officials are doing to respond to the crisis, and ask any additional questions they may have. I encourage anyone who is interested to sign up or listen in on Facebook.”
