Senator Rachel May and the Gregory J. Harris Military Courtesy Room host “Support Our Service Members” Drive


Syracuse, NY – In honor of Giving Tuesday, Senator Rachel May is hosting a drive to collect toiletries and non-perishable items for our service members to be donated to the Gregory J. Harris Military Courtesy Room at the Syracuse Hancock International Airport on Tuesday, November 22nd.

Items can be dropped off at Senator May’s District Offices in Syracuse and Morrisville.

The Syracuse office is at 333 East Washington Street, Syracuse, NY 13202, and donations will be accepted in the main lobby from 9am to 5pm every weekday.

The Morrisville office is at 100 Eaton Street, Morrisville, NY 13408 in the Cornell Cooperative Extension building and donations will be accepted in the main lobby from 9am to 4pm every weekday.

Items being collected include:

Lip balm

Travel size shaving cream

Disposable razors

Travel size deodorant

Travel size baby powder

Cold medicine (acetaminophen/ibuprofen)

Individually wrapped rice crispy treats

Gum

Beef jerky/meat sticks

Individually bagged chips

Individually bagged cookies

Individually packaged peanut butter crackers
