Immediately following the panel discussion, CenterState CEO Chief of Staff Ben Sio will highlight efforts where CenterState has teamed up with the CNY Regional Economic Development Council and the NYS Department of Labor to create a plan to address the growing demand for mid-high skill talent in Central New York.

Additionally, FOCUS Greater Syracuse Executive Director Jim Keib and Believe in Syracuse Executive Director John DeSantis will share updates on how both organizations have been building a positive culture of community engagement in Central New York.
