Syracuse City School District Building Men Program to Host Inaugural Leadership Conference

The Syracuse City School District Building Men Program is hosting their inaugural Leadership Conference on August 29th.

The conference will host about 50 middle and high school students, as well as about 50 men from throughout the Syracuse community and beyond. The event will focus on building leadership skills through engaging speakers and breakout sessions focused on individual growth. Attendees will learn about goal setting, leadership excellence and overcoming obstacles by hearing stories from an array of motivational speakers. They will walk away with practical skills they can immediately apply to help them influence change in their school buildings, community and beyond.

The Leadership Conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel (701 E. Genesee Street, Syracuse) on Wednesday, August 29 from 8 am to 2:30 pm.
