Syracuse Police Arrest Suspect in Blue Star Gas Station Stabbing

On September 30th, 2019 at approximately 2:00 PM, Syracuse Police Officers responded to the Blue Star Gas Station located at 1410 S. Salina St, for a reported stabbing.   When Officers arrived they located two adult males who had been stabbed.  Both males were transported to Upstate Hospital for treatment. One of the males is listed in critical condition while the other is in stable condition.

CJ Lollie, 40, of Syracuse, was arrested and charged with assault in the first degree, robbery in the first degree, and criminal possession of a weapon.  Lollie stabbed the victim, who was a patron at the Blue Star Gas Station, while Lollie was attempting to rob the store.  The victim is listed in critical but stable condition.  Lollie was arraigned on those charges on October 2, 2019.
