Syracuse Police Arrest Two Apex Entertainment Stabbing Participants

On Saturday, November 30th, 2019 at approximately 9:48 P.M., mall detailed Syracuse Police Officers responded to Apex Entertainment located in the Destiny USA mall for a reported stabbing.

Upon arrival, Officers were not able to locate a victim. Subsequently, surveillance cameras were reviewed.  As a result of that review, two males were seen engaged in a mutual fight, each armed with a knife.

At one point during the duel, one of the males cuts the other. Nearby patrons broke up the combat and all parties left the mall.

CID Detectives made two arrests in connection to this incident:

– Nakim Whorley 03/13/1995 was arrested for his part in a mutual fight/stabbing which occurred November 30, 2019.  Worley was arrested for Attempt Assault 2nd on December 18, 2019 and released on an appearance ticket without incident.

– Niquell Walker 02/08/1990 was arrested for his part of said fight on January 03, 2020.  Walker was arrested for Burglary in the Third Degree, Assault in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the fourth Degree and lodged in the Justice Center without incident.
