The Syracuse Police Department is investigating a stabbing on James St. On Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at about 9:30 A.M., the Syracuse Police Department responded to 1019 James St. apartment #33 for a call of a stabbing. Upon their arrival, they located a 28 year old male victim, who had been stabbed in his arm. The circumstances that led up to him being stabbed are not known at this time, nor is there any suspect information.
The victim was transported to Upstate University Hospital by AMR Ambulance. He is listed in serious condition; however his injury is considered to be non-life threatening, and he is expected to survive.
