Syracuse, N.Y. – On Thursday October 25th, 2018 at approximately 1:34 PM, Syracuse Police Officers responded to 4804 S. Salina Street, ACMG Federal Credit Union, in regards to a bank robbery call. Upon arrival, Officers met with a bank employee who stated that a male with a gun had just entered the bank and demanded money. The teller stated that he complied with the demand and handed over an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect was described as a black male, approximately 6’00” tall, wearing a black jacket, with a dark grey stripe across the middle. The suspect was wearing a dark colored mask that covered most of his face, and sunglasses. He was carrying a backpack and armed with a black handgun. After taking the cash, the suspect left the bank on foot, northbound on S. Salina Street.
There were no injuries reported in this incident.
