The Syracuse University men’s basketball game against Pittsburgh will tip off at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, at the Carrier Dome. Due to the wintry weather, fans are encouraged to arrive early to the game to limit traffic congestion and for the walk to the Dome. Carrier Dome gates A, B and C will open at noon, while the remaining gates will open at 12:30 p.m. Shuttle bus service begins at noon for fans parking at Manley and Skytop lots.
The University is working with the Syracuse Police Department, New York State Department of Transportation, Syracuse Department of Public Works, and University Physical Plant snow removal staff to assist with travel to and from the game. All fans are reminded to observe parking restrictions on side streets, including the odd-even parking restrictions to allow for snow removal during the game.
As a reminder, during halftime of Saturday’s game, Syracuse University Athletics will celebrate the football team’s 2018 Camping World Bowl victory against West Virginia. Coach Dino Babers and the 2018 squad will be recognized at midcourt for their achievements. Additionally, select football student-athletes will be available for autographs before the game starting at 12:45 p.m. in the backcourt. Fans can also have their picture taken with the Camping World Bowl trophy.
Tickets for the game are available at the Carrier Dome Box Office (888-DOMETIX) and online at Cuse.com
