The Onondaga County Office for Aging is seeking input on their 2021 Service Plan Each year the staff of the Office for Aging plans programs and services for the following year. Usually they hold a Public Hearing for community input but this year, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the agency’s unable to hold a public meeting. Your answers to this survey will serve as your input for their 2021 Service Plan. When they’ve compiled the data there will be a video, on the following website, www.ongov.net/aging, with the results.

We know that you, as consumers and professionals in age-related services, are aware of the social needs in Onondaga County and the publicly funded support services that are required to meet those needs.
