Recent polling in the race shows Balter leading Katko 45% to 42%, and the race is now ranked as ‘Toss-Up’ by The Daily Kos, The Cook Political Report, Larry Sabato’s Crystal Ball, and Politico. The Washington Post and Roll Call both rank NY-24 as one of the top 3 most vulnerable Republican House seats.
